Ashley brings a unique blend of clinical excellence and strategic leadership to her role as Chief Operating Officer. With seven years of experience as an ICU nurse, she has a deep understanding of patient advocacy, complex clinical decision-making, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Ashley earned her MBA from the University of Florida, equipping her with the business acumen needed to translate frontline healthcare insight into efficient, scalable operational strategies. Her professional background spans both direct patient care and administrative leadership, allowing her to bridge the gap between clinical quality and organizational performance.
Prior to stepping into the COO role, Ashley specialized in life care planning and utilization review, evaluating medical records, supporting long-term care projections, and ensuring treatment recommendations aligned with medical necessity and established standards of care. This work required close collaboration with legal, financial, and rehabilitation teams, reinforcing her ability to navigate complex, multidisciplinary environments.
